3. Registration and Use Terms:

The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration on the Website.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration details.

4. Rights and Obligations:

The User is entitled to use all Services available on the Website as per their functionality.
The User agrees not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any third-party rights.
The Administration has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, with prior notice to its Users.

5. Liabilities:

The User uses the Services at their own risk. The Administration is not liable for any damages that might arise from the use of the Services.
The User agrees to indemnify for any damages resulting from the breach of this Agreement or the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The Administration disclaims any liability for temporary disruptions or outages of the Website.

6. Privacy:

The Administration commits not to disclose the User's personal information to third parties without explicit consent.
Exceptions include cases where disclosure is mandated by a court decision or in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

7. Termination of Agreement:

The Agreement can be terminated at the will of either party.
The User may cease using the Services at any time.
The Administration reserves the right to limit or terminate a User’s access to the Website without prior notice.

8. Final Provisions:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved according to the laws and judicial processes of the Republic of Cyprus.
