USER AGREEMENT for clust.io portal
1. Definitions:
- “Website” or “Portal” refers to clust.io.
- “User” refers to any natural or legal person who has registered on the Website.
- “Services” refers to the analytical tools and services offered on the Website.
- “Administration” refers to Nocode LLC, which manages the Website.
2. Scope of the Agreement: This agreement governs the provision of access to the functionality of the Website and its Services to the User.
3. Registration and Use Terms:
- The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information during registration on the Website.
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration details.
4. Rights and Obligations:
- The User is entitled to use all Services available on the Website as per their functionality.
- The User agrees not to use the Services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any third-party rights.
- The Administration has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement, with prior notice to its Users.
5. Liabilities:
- The User uses the Services at their own risk. The Administration is not liable for any damages that might arise from the use of the Services.
- The User agrees to indemnify for any damages resulting from the breach of this Agreement or the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
- The Administration disclaims any liability for temporary disruptions or outages of the Website.
6. Privacy:
- The Administration commits not to disclose the User's personal information to third parties without explicit consent.
- Exceptions include cases where disclosure is mandated by a court decision or in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
7. Termination of Agreement:
- The Agreement can be terminated at the will of either party.
- The User may cease using the Services at any time.
- The Administration reserves the right to limit or terminate a User’s access to the Website without prior notice.
8. Final Provisions:
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved according to the laws and judicial processes of the Republic of Cyprus.
